SELECTE GASTROBAR, S.L., through this document, presents its Cookie Collection and Processing Policy, in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

A cookie refers to a file that is sent with the purpose of requesting permission to be stored on your computer. Once you accept the file, it is created, and the cookie then serves to collect information about web traffic and also facilitates future visits to a recurring website. Classified by their duration:

  • Session cookies: collect and store data while the user is accessing the website.
  • Persistent cookies: collect and store data on the user’s device for a variable period of time, depending on the purpose for which they have been used.

The retention period of cookies will depend on the type of cookie and will always be the minimum necessary to fulfill its purpose.
In any case, users can configure their browser to disable or block the reception of all or some cookies. Not wanting to receive these cookies does not prevent access to the information on the entity’s websites, although the use of some services may be limited. If consent for receiving cookies has been given and is later to be withdrawn, the cookies stored on the user’s device should be deleted through the options available in the different browsers.
